Project Goal
We met Gavin and Kelly when their properties were being managed by a third-party management company, and performance was dwindling. Eager to regain control of their three beautiful cabins, they hoped their bold efforts would allow them to continue to keep their cherished properties. Our goal at Synchronest was to assist them in transitioning away from the current management company and to equip them with the right tools, resources, and strategies to turn around performance.
The Results
We initially transitioned one of Gavin and Kelly's three cabins away from the previous management company to prove performance. Within weeks, they were surprised by the immediate positive impact and were ready to migrate their other two cabins.
Broken Bow Family Cabins was launched with a fully customized direct booking website, a professional revenue strategy, a best-in-class PMS, and strong brand positioning in it’s local market. After successfully turning around performance and exceeding targets, Broken Bow Family Cabins expanded from managing 3 to 16 listings in less than 7 months.
