We met Nick early in his journey of launching Casa Monstera. As a true go-getter, Nick sought the best-in-class technology and creative work. Initially, Casa Monstera was managed on Hospitable’s PMS with limited distribution, restricted to Airbnb. Our goal at Synchronest was to assist Nick in enhancing the brand image of Casa Monstera and implementing the best tools to help it perform at its full potential.

The Results
Casa Monstera was revamped with new brand guidelines, digital guides, a fully customized website, a top-of-the-line PMS (Guesty for Pros), guest screening tools (Superhog), an improved revenue strategy, and expanded distribution across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Google Vacation Rentals, all setting the stage for long-term success.
