Project Goal
We met Pierce back in May of 2024, after he had been recommended the help of Synchronest by his friend. While he'd already been running a successful property management business, he was seeking ways to free up more of his time and gain access to useful automations that could streamline his operations. He was also in need of an updated direct booking website that was in tune with his brand image, but had no idea where to begin. With these goals in mind, we were confident in joining him in his property management journey.
The Results
Along with redesigning the Holdfast Holdings website, we set Pierce up with a data-driven pricing strategy for each of his properties, along with making the check-in process for his guests much more seamless through automated messaging and a digital guide for each listing.
