Project Goal
Gayla and Terry, owners of the Cunningham Cottage, partnered with Synchronest in March 2024. Seeking to transform their well-loved family home into a rental property catering to tourists, they were unsure of how to thrive as self-managing hosts. Our goal was to craft their brand image, set them up with reliable software to manage their bookings, implement a pro pricing strategy, and launch a custom-built direct booking website.
The Results
We set Gayla and Terry up for long-term success by ensuring they'd have all the tools and knowledge necessary to stand out from local competition. We trained them both in their new PMS software, reviewed our updated pricing strategy, and created digital guides for their guests. Since starting their journey with Synchronest, Cunningham Cottage is thriving more than ever.
Cunningham Cottage
Tucked away in a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac in Springfield, Missouri, Cunningham Cottage is surrounded by a well-manicured garden filled with beautiful plants and flowers - the perfect environment for bird-watching and peaceful relaxation. The cottage receives plenty of natural light through its large bay window and is equipped with a fireplace, king bed, and a Smart TV. With a long family history within the cottage, each guest is met with a warm welcome.
