We met Nick early in his journey of launching Casa Monstera. As a true go-getter, Nick sought the best-in-class technology and revenue management. Initially, Casa Monstera was managed on Hospitable’s PMS with limited distribution, restricted to Airbnb. In our first year of launching, running and managing Casa Monstera, the property performed and grossed $223,000 in year one. We are now in our second full year and the property will easily get to $260,000 in gross revenue. The property is performing at the top 1% of a crowded market in South Florida.
