We'll review your listing(s), understand your goals, share some ideas, and see if we can even help.

2. Onboarding

We'll connect as a co-host and analyze the data (listing vitals, performance history, views, etc). Our team requires 7-10 days to build a data-backed strategy, but in the meantime, we'll share targeted recommendations to drive more views and higher conversions - at no extra charge.

3. Pricing Strategy Activation

Your pricing strategy will be rebuilt from the inside out: rates, rules, seasonal trends, events and promotion logic, all with your personal goals in mind. We'll ask for your thumbs up before we "go live."

4. It's Go Time

We'll monitor performance closely, adjusting as needed, especially in the first few weeks to make sure it’s landing the way it should. We'll align with you and make sure you're happy.

5. Active Management + Bird's Eye
